MAN MAZE I, II, III

Using puzzles and mazes as a layer to address notions surrounding the navigation and negotiation of contemporary queer identity, this body of work utilizes reconfigured turn-of the century vintage photographs juxtaposed with appropriated images from current advertising. Further posing questions regarding ‘How far have we come?’ and ‘How far do we have to go?’ referencing equality, gay marriage, and universal civil rights.
